Summertime and the Living's Easy

Summer days are ahead after the end of this Memorial weekend.

Although I'll spend most of the summertime at work daydreaming of sunny happy hours, swimming with the sharks, vacay to Vegas, and everything else but being indoors, I would love to daydream in these cute looks from Rag & Bone. Work appropriate, with some edge.

Love these Mayle looks from the Summer 2008 collection. The theme is a Mexican funeral. Sounds morbid, huh? But all I could think of is running through grassy knolls in these vintage-inspired goodness.

Yes, I will use any chance I get to use the phrase grassy knolls :)

Stopped by one of my fave boutiques this weekend, Hillary Rush, and came across this leather jacket by the t-shirt brand, LA Made. This well-priced jacket is a 100% leather. I like the cropped-style of the jacket, but for some reason, I am on the fence about making a purchase. hmmm.....
